Printer

A printer is a form of communication with paper to express an idea, presented in simplistic terms. There are many printers available to meet a need, from (1) Ink jet (casual-newsletter), (2) Photographic (personal collections - brochures), (3) Laser (mass distributions - heavy duty), ranked from lowest cost to highest. Thus, the type of printer is based on meeting your need, short-term and long-term, while associating cost factors into the benefit of each model.

1) The Ink-Jet printer preforms with professional looking output, as the cost is low. For example, chart or graphs within a word processing, application. The desktop space is small, so other administrative task can be completed; too.
2) The Photographic printer performs life-like realism of prints, as the cost is medium. For example, profile of prints or reproductions of art, within a publishing or slide show. The desktop space is small, so other administrative task can be completed; too.
3) The Laser printer is a work horse which performs mass copies with an extended life, as the cost is high. For example, invoicing customers or networking many printers using just one printer; while reducing the cost from high volume usage. The table top space required encompasses a large working area, given this computer can perform volumes of paper work.

Finally, a digital camera can be toggled with a printer to capture images at the moment; while printing the output for (documents, spreadsheets, weddings, receptions, company logos, memos with visual instructions) of a topic. The space for this item is small enough to fit into a jacket pocket, while the image or output is large enough to distubute or email; globally.

Printer Models hold simlar characterics echoed from the output of Monitor Models. The resolution dictates the how clear of a print is from a printer. Likewise the resolution with monitors dictates how clear the image on the screen, appears. All while, the cost for low resolution is less, than higher resolution seen from printers or monitors.
