lunch - leftover indian food, rhubarb & strawberry compote, vitamins and water.
snack - tangelo and almonds.
dessert - haagen-dazs ice cream bar & sprite zero.
dinner - pita sandwiches: pita, homemade hummus, hungarian red pepper spread, tomatoes, cucumbers, red onions and lettuce
