Weight Loss Trap

Think fit and Live fit by changing your behavior, and doing the right things - based on unconscious trap. Repetition is a routine that you can't break, based on a route or routine that is safe in a straight line. Stuck in a comfortable routine, inhibits your growth and taking risk. Whereby, becoming uncomfortable is a path to lose weight; back stepping a comfort zone. Avoiding the path of less resistance is ending the safety of a comfort zone. So, observing your behavior you become aware of living in a comfort zone and doing the same things over and over again. Whereby, the awareness of instance gratification eating bad foods is the first step to leaving a comfort zone. Write down, what is negative and positive things to stay in a comfort zone. For example, a negative eating behavior is eating an egg MC-muffin in the morning - putting on a larger waste line.
