Archery requires not moving the bow or your shoulder, so the human arm joints do not move; providing better targeting. Whereby, every action has a reaction; as archery is based on bone to bone stability, not muscle to muscle - movement.
First, upon targeting your sight, performance targeting stance navigates by stepping sideways with your left foot toward the incline; of the target. Thus, when aiming and releasing the arrow from the bow, the bow provides more stability with recurves and compound bow maneuverability's.
Second, once the arrow is lined up with a hook on the bow, rotate your arm to form a 'T" shape with the target. Thereby, the arrow or wing on the arrow has a notch on the end part of the arrow; allowing a firm and secure release of the arrow, following toward the target.
Finally, aim the bow and the arrow in the notch pointed toward the physical target, plus, the point of intersection where the bow meets the arrow's resting space. All while, pull back and release the arrow upon aiming at an unmovable target.
